Every licensee in Missouri is required to obtain 12 hours per renewal cycle. 3 of those hours must be core and for the renewal windows ending in 2024 and 2026, the Missouri Real Estate Commission has determined the core hours must consist of material relating to Fair Housing. The other 9 hours are at the elective and the licensee can decide a course that works for them, but they must be approved courses.
